Telehandler Hire NUFC Fan Zone

Telehandler Hire Supports Utility Arena Fan Zone for Carabao Cup Final

When EVNT Inspirations were tasked with setting up the Utility Arena Fan Zone in Newcastle ahead of the highly anticipated Carabao Cup Final clash between Newcastle and Liverpool, they turned to Milo Access Platforms for reliable and efficient equipment support. Our expert team delivered a top-of-the-line telehandler hire solution that played a vital role in getting the fan zone ready for game day.

Delivering the Right Access Equipment at the Right Time

Time was tight and the expectations were high. EVNT Inspirations needed heavy lifting capability with precise manoeuvrability in a bustling city environment — all while maintaining a rapid deployment schedule. That’s where our Manitou MT telehandler came into play.

Our Manitou MT series telehandlers offer an ideal combination of performance and practicality. With a compact frame, high ground clearance, and excellent all-terrain handling, this machine can lift up to 2.5–3.2 tonnes and reach heights of up to 7 metres – perfect for staging, fencing, and moving large equipment into place efficiently.

Whether it was unloading heavy infrastructure, manoeuvring crowd barriers, or lifting signage and rigging into place, the telehandler proved to be an essential part of the setup. Our Newcastle-based team ensured it arrived on-site in peak condition, fully safety-checked and ready to work.

Supporting a Memorable Fan Experience

The fan zone at Utility Arena was buzzing with excitement, offering live entertainment, food vendors, and large screens for fans to soak up the atmosphere ahead of the match. Thanks to the groundwork laid by EVNT Inspirations, supported by our high-performance telehandler, the site was set up seamlessly and on schedule.

Newcastle’s thrilling 2-1 win over Liverpool only added to the celebration, but we’re proud to have played a behind-the-scenes role in setting the scene for such a successful and memorable event.
