Milo Access Platforms was approached to support a major UK project that required a large volume of reliable site power equipment. In addition to our core access platform services, the client needed a dependable supplier who could source, manage and deliver a significant quantity of generators within a defined timeframe.
The requirement was clear: high-quality, site-ready generators supplied new, fully documented, and suitable for use across multiple locations.

The Equipment
For this project, we sourced and supplied 315 brand new SIP Medusa site generators, powered by Kohler Command PRO engines.
These units were selected for their:
- Proven reliability on construction and industrial sites
- Robust open-frame steel design, offering protection and easy handling
- Professional-grade Kohler engines, known for durability and consistent performance
- Multiple 110V site sockets, making them suitable for standard UK site equipment
- Portable format, allowing easy movement and deployment across large working areas
Each generator was delivered new, with documentation enclosed, ensuring compliance and readiness for immediate site use.
Our Approach
While access platforms remain our primary focus, this project required the same attention to detail, logistics and coordination that our customers expect from Milo.
Our role included:
- Specification and sourcing of the correct generator model to meet site requirements
- Managing high-volume procurement across 315 individual units
- Coordination of delivery and documentation to ensure smooth deployment
