EcoLift Hire for New STACK Development

Milo Access Platforms is proud to announce our latest collaboration with the Abbey Group, supplying essential access equipment for the pioneering New STACK development on Worswick Street in Newcastle upon Tyne. This project marks the creation of the UK’s first indoor STACK, a vibrant hub designed to invigorate the local community.

Project Overview

To facilitate the intricate mechanical and electrical installations within the New STACK development, we have provided a fleet of seven MEWP’s: one JCB S1930E Scissor Lift and six JLG EcoLifts, sourced from CW Plant Hire. These platforms are instrumental in ensuring that work at various elevations is conducted safely and efficiently.

JCB S1930E Scissor Lift

These electric scissor lifts offer a maximum platform height of 5.8 meters, making them ideal for indoor tasks that require quiet, emission-free operation. The JCB S1930E’s compact dimensions allow for easy manoeuvrability through standard doorways, enhancing its suitability for confined spaces.

JLG EcoLifts

The JLG EcoLift is a revolutionary, manually operated access platform that provides a working height of up to 4.2 meters. With no batteries or hydraulic oil, it offers an eco-friendly and maintenance-free solution for low-level access needs. Its intuitive operation and lightweight design make it a preferred choice for various indoor applications.
